On today’s episode we hear from National Division Vice President of Business Development, Barbara Griest, on a common mistake that many salespeople make: not making time for sales training. Barbara Griest is VP of Business Development in Old Republic’s National Division and works with Old Republic’s top national agents with affiliated businesses. Prior to coming to Old Republic in July of 2020, Barb was President of Trident Land Transfer Co, the title operation for Fox & Roach Realtors in the greater Philadelphia area. Trident is one of the largest title companies for HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway company. She worked for Trident for 32 years. Barb was the Chair of RESPRO, the national trade organization for affiliated businesses, in 2014 and served on their Executive Board for over 10 years. Barb attended West Chester University in Business Administration.
